For Immediate Release at 2:09pm. Jonesboro, AR

On November 6, 2020 Pastor Terry tested positive for Covid-19. If you attended service on Sunday November 1st and were in contact, please monitor your health for symptoms. We suggest anyone showing symptoms to be tested.

Will we not continue to meet On-Campus.
We have moved to Online Services Only. We are taking a two week break from meeting on campus to ensure the virus has not spread to other staff members or volunteers.

Online Only includes all ministries like Celebrate Recovery, Rock Youth, RocKidz, Tiny Rockers and Wednesday night discipleship. These ministries will not be meeting on campus for two weeks.

Again, we are committed to the safety and health of all those who attend a service on campus at The Rock.

Covid 19 Statement
We want everyone to be safe and informed.
We have been notified that a congregant who attended church on Sunday September 27th, tested positive for Covid19. This person attended the 11:15AM service and sat in the left section facing the stage. This person was wearing a mask and 6ft apart from others. We ask that anyone sitting near that section monitor their health and if possible get tested for Covid19.
Will we continue to meet on campus?
Yes, we will continue to meet together on campus. At this time, we feel the positive test result is isolated. We will be reevaluating the situation as needed.
What are we doing?
We are asking any staff who interacted with this person to self-quarantine for 14 days.
We are cleaning the entire building again in light of the test results.
We are notifying the public of the result through social media posts.

Update 11/05/20

For Immediate Release at 2:09pm. Jonesboro, AR

We have been notified that a Nursery Volunteer, who worked in our nursery during the 9:15AM service on November 1st, tested positive for Covid19. This volunteer was wearing a mask, face shield, gloves and was isolated 6ft apart from others. We have informed all parents who had a child in the nursery. Children in our nursery are socially distanced and only one child had contact with the worker.

At this time, we will be shutting down our nursery from Nov 8th to Nov 15th. We will reopen our nursery on Sunday November 22nd.

Update: 10/27/20

We have been notified that a congregant who attended church on Sunday October 25th, tested positive for Covid19. This person attended just the 11AM service and and sat in the far right section. This person was wearing a mask and 6ft apart from others. We ask that anyone sitting near that section monitor their health and if possible get tested for Covid19.

We have been notified that a congregant who attended church on Sunday October 4th, tested positive for Covid19. This person attended both the 9:15AM service and the 11AM service and sat in the center section during the 11AM service. This person was wearing a mask and 6ft apart from others. We ask that anyone sitting near that section monitor their health and if possible get tested for Covid19.

We have been notified that a congregant who attended church on Sunday September 27th, tested positive for Covid19. This person attended the 11:15AM service and sat in the left section facing the stage. This person was wearing a mask and 6ft apart from others. We ask that anyone sitting near that section monitor their health and if possible get tested for Covid19.

Update: 09/23/20

For Immediate Release at 12:10pm. Jonesboro, AR

We have been notified that a congregant who attended church on Sunday September 20th, tested positive for Covid19. This person attended the 11:15AM service and sat on the very back row in the middle section in front of the sound booth and cameras side. We ask that anyone sitting near that section monitor their health and if possible get tested for Covid19.

Prior to this positive test result, we were taking the following precautions:
-Social Distancing of 6ft
-Hand Sanitizer stations at each entrance and throughout the building
-Removed chairs and spaced rows 6ft apart
-Required Facemasks when Social Distancing is not possible
-Closed entrances to limit cross traffic
-Signs posted restricting entrance of anyone with symptoms
-6ft Social Distance and Mask Signs
-Shut down all drinking fountains
-Disinfecting all major hard surfaces after each service
