- We emphasize purpose over proficiency
- Onboarding emphasizes purpose of position
2. Deeper Through Relationship

- We grow deeper before we grow louder
- We will end 2026 knowing Jesus more than we do right now
3. Peace Through Presence

- 2026 will be a year of PEACE because we will keep our minds stayed on Him.
- As we face life together we use this scripture to remind our team that peace is available
