This message is the second in a short series of special Christmas messages for 2020 entitled, “How the Grinch Tried to Steal Christmas.” The Scripture references in this sermon are found in the New Testament books of Luke 2:4-7, and 2 Timothy 2:3. In this vital message, Pastor Terry Watson discusses the hardship faced by Joseph and Mary as they made the difficult journey to Bethlehem from Nazareth. Pastor reminds us why we must continue to trust God when we do not understand the circumstances around us. He explains the importance of making room for Jesus in our lives, and why that is essential to fighting the good fight of faith as a committed soldier of Christ. How we endure hardship is a true test of our relationship with God. Will we run from Him, or will we trust Him and keep moving forward?
